Fill in the blank, then let an AI judge, a friend, or a jury rank the cards and roast every answer.
Playable here on GameWren. The game is served by the creator’s official host inside this page; GameWren does not rehost its files.
Verdict deals a fill-in-the-blank prompt and a hand of answer cards. Play the number of cards the prompt asks for, or spend one of two Wild Cards to write your own line. A judge then ranks the table and the winner takes the round.
Solo play uses bots. Pass-and-play shares one phone among three to eight people, and an online room uses a code so everyone can play on their own screen. The setup can be a short race to 5 points.
The AI judge can be swapped for a rotating human judge or a jury vote. Six personas are available, including the Hanging Judge, Grandma Gavel, and the Robot Overlord. With the AI judge on, each submission gets its own ranking and a one-line roast.
In the opening round the prompt was “I'd trade ___ for ___ in a heartbeat.” Pancakes stacked to the ceiling and a llama in a raincoat placed second. The Hanging Judge gave the round to a bot and wrote a separate line for every card on the table, so the ranking is specific to what was played.
The creator credits Google Gemini for those rankings, roasts, moderation, and optional courtroom sketches, and credits the Hark AI agent for design, code, card writing, and testing. A live connection is part of the AI-judge path. The free server can take up to a minute to wake, while solo and pass-and-play are available during that wait.
Every third round, one player can be the Mole with a secret mission. After the verdict, the table accuses someone. Winning write-ins can join a House Deck with a written-by credit.
Party-safe is the default deck. After Dark is optional, marked 18+, and can be limited with the parental controls in the table setup. Stay on Party-safe unless everyone at the table has agreed to the other deck.
The first prompt asked for two cards to finish “I'd trade ___ for ___ in a heartbeat.” Playing pancakes stacked to the ceiling and a llama in a raincoat earned a specific roast and second place, while the Hanging Judge gave Barrister Bot the round.
