Robomble

Fight the platform, not just the machine

Robomble's defining move is an upward hit. Jump into the underside of a platform to flip the machine standing above, then reach the stunned target and touch it to kick it out of the arena. A gear falls from a top pipe after the defeat.

Five gears win a versus round or grant another life in survival. Shears need two hits, drones are vulnerable only while grounded, oil makes floors slippery, and a flattened vacuum becomes a puck that can be thrown at a rival.

Three modes from the same compact controls

Versus is a race for gears with interference between robots. Co-op survival replaces the race with escalating machine waves, while Hide and Seek lets one robot disguise itself among the factory traffic and asks the other to identify it before it escapes through a pipe.

Player one uses A and D to move, W to jump, S to crouch, and Left Shift to run. The second keyboard layout uses the arrow keys and Right Shift, and gamepads can take over either side.

Solo, shared-screen, and online options

Solo setup assigns a computer partner or opponent and offers four difficulty levels. The tested route selected Rivet, added a CPU-controlled robot, and entered normal-difficulty co-op survival on the Platform arena with movement and jumps responding immediately.

Two players can share a keyboard or use gamepads, and online rooms connect two browsers with a four-letter code. Six arenas, four robots, remappable keys, and nine interface languages give the small-screen format room to vary.

Creator's description

The live build switched from Simplified Chinese to English, opened solo robot selection, assigned a CPU partner, and launched normal-difficulty co-op survival on the Platform arena. The game accepted A/D movement and W jumps while keeping its five-gear, shrinking, EMP, vacuum, spark, and pickup rules visible beside the play area.
