Train, steal, escape, hatch
Steal A Pet builds its loop around preparation and a risky getaway. Train on the treadmill to increase your speed, enter a biome while its guardian sleeps, take an egg, and reach safety before the chase catches you. A successful run gives you another chance to hatch a pet and grow your collection.
The official listing describes 17 biomes and 141 voxel pets. That makes the game less about a single perfect run and more about repeating the train-and-raid loop while opening new areas and collecting different pets.
Controls and first-run tips
On desktop, move with WASD or the arrow keys and drag the mouse to rotate the camera. On mobile, use the left joystick to move and drag on the right side of the screen to look around. Interactions appear when you approach the relevant object.
Spend a little time improving speed before crossing into a guarded area. On the first runs, learn the route back before taking an egg; the return path matters more once the guardian wakes and the escape begins.
Why the game opens on Astrocade
Astrocade does not provide a reusable public player embed for this game, and its public terms do not authorize third-party commercial framing. The external route preserves the official platform and creator context without copying its player.
