Investigate a murder aboard the Simplon-Orient Express by collecting physical clues and questioning suspects whose answers are generated during play.
Playable here on GameWren. The game is served by the creator’s official host inside this page; GameWren does not rehost its files.
A passenger is dead aboard the Simplon-Orient Express, and relief arrives at 10:00. Walk through the sleeping car, inspect compartments and shared spaces, collect useful objects, and decide which details deserve a place in the case notebook.
The investigation joins physical clues with conversation. A broken brass bolt can be pocketed near compartment seven before speaking to Dr Ferrand, so questions can follow evidence instead of relying only on the suspects' opening statements.
Select a character and type a question in plain English. Microphone input is optional, and headphones are recommended if you use the voiced responses. A live connection is required for the conversation system.
Specific questions work better than broad prompts. Asking what the doctor observed when the compartment opened produced an estimate for the time of death, turning a free-form exchange into a fact that could be compared with the rest of the case.
The creator credits Google Gemini for the characters' minds and pixel art, and credits Gradium and Gemini for voices and listening. These are creator-reported credits, not an independent verification of the development process.
The final answer needs more than a suspect's name. Before the train reaches relief, identify the killer, explain the motive, and support the accusation with evidence gathered during the investigation.
Desktop Chrome or Edge is the safest setup. Use WASD or the arrow keys to move, click to inspect or begin a conversation, and return to the notebook whenever names, locations, and clues begin to overlap.
The broken brass bolt in compartment seven can be collected before the first interview, immediately connecting physical evidence with the live questioning system.
