Drag a crate along its permitted row or column and send it through the dock with the same color and symbol. Long crates need more open space, while rocks and other cargo can make an apparently direct exit unavailable.
In the first harbor puzzle, dragging a red crate through its matching dock removed it from the board and counted as one move. The useful question is therefore not only where a crate can go, but which exit must remain open for the cargo behind it.
The counter reports how many moves remain before the tide rises, and the dashed line previews the next flooded part of the grid. There is no need to rush the pointer; inspect the whole board before committing a slide.
Two opening moves changed the warning from two moves remaining to the next move. Use that rhythm to clear low crates first when a rising row would otherwise trap them.
Tide Dock has 25 levels across five harbors, with four cargo colors and increasingly constrained boards. Undo is the fastest way to test a different order; restart is there when the whole opening plan needs to change.
Mouse and touchscreen controls are supported, and progress and stars are kept locally in the browser.
One drag can carry a crate through its dock while advancing the tide counter once. That makes route order more important than fast hands.
