A reference page becomes a card
Lexicodex turns English Wikipedia articles and Wiktionary words into collectible cards. Rarity follows real page-view counts, so a famous subject can be mythic while an obscure page arrives as a common card.
The first guest pack opened without an account and revealed a common Puerto Rico Olympic Committee card. The card showed its monthly views, a short article extract, and Wikipedia's CC BY-SA attribution before offering the next reveal.
Open packs before choosing a deeper mode
Start by choosing Wikipedia, Words, or an available special pack. Click the pack, then click a card or peel from an edge to reveal it; the opening screen refills up to ten free packs.
Collections can expand into trading, auctions, and player duels. The creator says Lexi acts as an AI referee for themes such as choosing the biggest drama queen, which is why the game carries an AI-powered gameplay tag without a development-tool label.
Official external play
The itch.io listing sends players to the official Lexicodex web app and does not provide a platform-hosted game embed. The external page works on desktop and phone, and the starter pack is available before login.
Card art comes from Wikimedia Commons and is credited on each card. Use the source and license shown on the card when following an image back to its original page.
